This page is for testing use only. Please do NOT use this page for making bookings for the 2008 programme. The final version will be posted here before 1st October 2007 when booking opens.

Please read this first. You need to buy a ticket for each person on each excursion you are booking. First find the excursion you want to book. Enter the name of the person coming: you or your guest. Though it says member's name, you may book one non-member guest for each excursion you attend yourself. Just enter a name that will make sense to you if you need to cancel or amend arrangements: something like 'Mum' is quite acceptable. If there is a list of boarding locations, choose which you will use, or No transport if you are coming by car. Enter a name and press Add to Basket once for each person who is coming on the excursion.

When you have finished go to checkout. Paypal will take your name and address if you are not a Paypal member: this is essential so that we can identify you as a member. If you are using someone else's Paypal account please add a note saying who you are.

You will receive a confirmation as an email attachment. If you are used to sites like Amazon that confirm orders at once, please be patient. No rocket science is used here. Your order is sent to us as an email and is processed just like postal orders. If you haven't had a reply within 24 hours please email the secretary. If for some reason you cannot receive email attachments add a note saying that you would like a printed acknowledgement.

You cannot cancel excursions using this system. If you need to amend or cancel bookings please contact Dr Hacking.
